House composed of two independent apartments, each with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. It's 100 meters from Lagido beach, and 200 meters from Cantinho da Baía.
In total, there's 8 bedrooms and 14 beds, 2 double beds and 12 single beds. In 4 of the bedrooms, the beds can be set side by side as double beds.
The 2 kitchens are fully equiped. On the outside space there are table and chairs for all 16 people.
This is a totally independent and detached house. The property has enough space to park 4 cars.
The outside area has barbecue and tables. There's also an area to store surfboards and wetsuits.
Each of the apartments has 4 bedrooms. One has a double bed, and direct access to the balcony with seating places.
Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, that can be set side by side to make a kingsize bed.
The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds.
There are two bathrooms with a shower in each one.
The kitchen is an open space with the living/dining area right next to it. In the balcony, accessible from the kitchen, there's also a dining table.
The balcony is facing south, receiving sun light all day long and also sheltered from the wind.
Guests will have access to the entire house.
There is also a space to keep surfboards and wetsuits locked.

We rented both houses for a large family of 16 and couldn't have been more comfortable. The apartments were recently renovated, very bright, clean, and decorated with modern, functional furnishings, making the stay truly pleasant and comfortable.
Both houses are practically identical, one upstairs and one downstairs (although they're not connected internally), and each has a fully equipped kitchen. We cooked almost every day without missing a thing, which isn't always the case with vacation rentals.
The ground-floor house, with direct access to the garden, is particularly pleasant: it has a large outdoor area and a terrace ideal for enjoying the good weather. There's also enough space to store surfboards, beach chairs, wetsuits, and other equipment, which has been very practical.
The location is unbeatable: in a quiet and privileged setting, within walking distance of the beach. Right across the street is a small cafe-supermarket with basic amenities, very useful for any unexpected needs. There's also plenty of outdoor space to comfortably park at least four cars.
We had an incredible time and would especially like to thank Fernando, our host, who was always attentive, available to answer questions, and give us very useful recommendations before and during our stay. His attention and kindness made the experience even better.

Excellent experience, immense comfort! The house was impeccably equipped, in excellent conditions. The outdoor space is very nice, and Fernando and Luciana were super friendly and approachable. The area has a very positive energy and is very close to the beach. There is a convenience store right in front and a Pingo Doce just a few minutes away by car. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, nothing to complain about.
