A 4 bedroom apartment, 100 meters from the Lagido beach and 200 meters from Cantinho da Baía.
The rooms have a total of 7 beds, 1 double and 6 single. In two of the bedrooms the beds can be set side by side for another couple.
The kitchen is fully equiped a nd the table has seating space for 8 people.
This apartment is in a building with only another similar apartment. It's located on the first floor.
If you want, you can rent the two apartments and have the entire complex for yourself.
There is a private parking space that is enough for 2 cars, and a big outside area with barbecue and outside table.
Next to it, there's a garage that you can use to safely keep your surfboards and wetsuits.
It has 4 bedrooms. One has a double bed, and direct access to the balcony with seating places.
Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, that can be set side by side to make a kingsize bed.
The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds.
There are two bathrooms with a shower in each one.
The kitchen is an open space with the living/dining area right next to it. In the balcony, accessible from the kitchen, there's also a dining table.
The balcony is facing south, receiving sun light all day long and also sheltered from the wind.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The outside area is shared with the other apartment, but each has it's own BBQ and outside table.
There is also a shared space to keep surfboards and wetsuits locked.

Extremely nice apartment spacious rooms, everything is completely new so it's a pleasure staying there. Close to the beach and you got a cafe/supermarket across the road. Overall amazing and I really recommend this place :)
Alugámos as duas casas a uma família grande de 16 pessoas e não nos podíamos ter sentido mais confortáveis. Os apartamentos foram recentemente renovados, muito luminosos, limpos e decorados com mobiliário moderno e funcional, tornando a estadia verdadeiramente agradável e confortável.
As duas casas são praticamente idênticas, uma no piso superior e outra no piso inferior (embora não estejam ligadas internamente), e cada uma tem uma cozinha totalmente equipada. Cozinhamos quase todos os dias sem deixar escapar nada, o que nem sempre acontece com os alugueres de férias.
A moradia térrea, com acesso directo ao jardim, é particularmente agradável: dispõe de uma ampla área exterior e de um terraço ideal para desfrutar do bom tempo. Há também espaço suficiente para guardar pranchas de surf, cadeiras de praia, fatos de neoprene e outros equipamentos, o que tem sido muito prático.
A localização é imbatível: num ambiente tranquilo e privilegiado, a uma curta distância da praia. Do outro lado da rua, existe um pequeno café-supermercado com comodidades básicas, muito úteis para qualquer necessidade inesperada. Há também bastante espaço exterior para estacionar confortavelmente pelo menos quatro carros.
Passámos momentos incríveis e gostaríamos de agradecer especialmente ao Fernando, o nosso anfitrião, que foi sempre atencioso, disponível para responder a questões e dar-nos recomendações muito úteis antes e durante a nossa estadia. A sua atenção e gentileza tornaram a experiência ainda melhor.

Excellent experience, immense comfort! The house was impeccably equipped, in excellent conditions. The outdoor space is very nice, and Fernando and Luciana were super friendly and approachable. The area has a very positive energy and is very close to the beach. There is a convenience store right in front and a Pingo Doce just a few minutes away by car. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, nothing to complain about.
