A 4 bedroom apartment, 100 meters from the Lagido beach and 200 meters from Cantinho da Baía.
The rooms have a total of 7 beds, 1 double and 6 single. In two of the bedrooms the beds can be set side by side for another couple.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the table has seating space for 8 people.

This apartment is in a building with only another similar apartment. It's located on the first floor.
If you want, you can rent the two apartments and have the entire complex for yourself.

There is a private parking space that is enough for 2 cars, and a big outside area with barbecue and outside table.
Next to it, there's a garage that you can use to safely keep your surfboards and wetsuits.

It has 4 bedrooms. One has a double bed, and direct access to the balcony with seating places.
Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, that can be set side by side to make a kingsize bed.
The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds.

There are two bathrooms with a shower in each one.

The kitchen is an open space with the living/dining area right next to it. In the balcony, accessible from the kitchen, there's also a dining table.

The balcony is facing south, receiving sun light all day long and also sheltered from the wind.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The outside area is shared with the other apartment, but each has it's own BBQ and outside table.
There is also a shared space to keep surfboards and wetsuits locked.

We were a group of eight friends and had a really fantastic time. The flat was excellent, very clean and exceptionally well-equipped. The garage was particularly handy, with plenty of space for surfboards and other gear, as was the large courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing during our holiday.

You could have a barbecue, a picnic, play board games or volleyball. Plenty of space for cars. The mid-stay cleaning and the washing machine were an added bonus.

The location is ideal, just about 5 minutes from the beach and right next to the mini-market. What more could you want? We'd love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was spacious and modern, which made it very comfortable for us. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen essentials to plenty of other useful items, so we didn't have to worry about anything.
The location worked perfectly for us as it´s just a short walk to the beach, and we loved that we could easily drive to a great surf spot nearby. The garage was also very convenient for storing our boards and gear, which made things a lot easier. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, it was a great place for our trip and suited our needs really well.

We spent a week in the downstairs apartment and loved it. The house is very comfortable, functional, well-equipped, and beautiful. The outdoor space is wonderful for families with children, as it's spacious enough for playing and running, yet far enough from the street to be convenient.
The house is within walking distance of the beach (we were on the sand in just over 5 minutes).
We were welcomed by Luciana, a very friendly and kind person who was always available to help and make our stay even more enjoyable. The contact we established with Mr. Fernando also went very well.

We stayed in two houses with a large family of 16 people and we couldn't feel more comfortable. The apartments are recently renovated, very bright, clean and decorated with modern and functional furniture, making the stay truly pleasant and comfortable.
The two houses are practically identical, one on the upper floor and another on the lower floor (the two are not linked internally), and each has a fully equipped kitchen. We know that every day we never let anything escape, or that it never happens like the places at fairs.
The ground floor, with direct access to the garden, is particularly pleasant: it has a large outdoor area and a terrace ideal for enjoying the good weather. There is also enough space to store surfboards, beach chains, neoprene bags and other equipment, or that has been very practical.
The location is unbeatable: a quiet and privileged environment, a short distance from the beach. On the other side of the street, there is a small café-supermarket with basic amenities, plenty of supplies for any unexpected needs. There is also plenty of outside space to comfortably park at least four cars.
We had incredible moments and would like to especially thank Fernando, our host, who was always attentive, available to answer questions and give us very useful recommendations before and during our stay. To your attention and kindness we will make the experience even better.

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment. The location is great, close to the beach. The apartment is very cozy and bright, ideal for large families. Luciana was very friendly and attentive, always available for anything you needed. In short, a highly recommended apartment.

Excellent experience, immense comfort! The house was impeccably equipped, in excellent conditions. The outdoor space is very nice, and Fernando and Luciana were super friendly and approachable. The area has a very positive energy and is very close to the beach. There is a convenience store right in front and a Pingo Doce just a few minutes away by car. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, nothing to complain about.
