We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, especially the kitchen was top equipped. The location is perfect for exploring the area, going to the beach, surfing and our host was warm and welcoming. The sunset from the house =stunning. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We stayed at 28 House for six nights and had an extraordinary experience. From the friendly welcome on arrival, when they were very flexible about storing our luggage and food before check-in, to the constant attention from Luciana and Fernando, who made sure that everything was perfect in the house.
The house itself was in excellent condition, everything was tidy, clean and fully functional - including towels, tables, chairs, kitchen accessories and everything else we needed, which is very rare in rental properties, especially on the island of Baleal.
For all these reasons, we definitely want to repeat the experience! Thank you to the whole team!

Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby, plus food delivery. Great beaches and surfing. Some great walks and yoga too.

Easy to use public transport to get there. Everything is within walking distance. The house is beautiful and chilled vibe.

This is a beautiful house for families that love to surf. It is very well kept and modern, with comfortable furniture and well decorated details. We love the outdoor bathroom and side entrance, so practical after a surf with kids and to shower down without bringing all the sand into the house. The view out of the front is stunning, heaters in every room make sure it is cosy even with strong showers and winds blowing. The host was great, we enjoyed every second of our stay and will be back soon!

We had a wonderful time as a family (5 people) for 5 days. The wild Atlantic Ocean is right on our doorstep, and the famous beaches with their surfing waves are a 5-minute walk away. The house is top-notch, with a practical kitchen. Thanks.

We loved our stay on the island, and this home was wonderful! Our host communicated clearly and proactively, letting us know what to expect and how to ask questions. When I did need anything, they were seconds away from responding and mere minutes from coming by with something we'd needed. Amazing! The kitchen was well stocked, the fridge was enormous, the showers were hot and clean, and everything worked just as expected. A nice bonus was the chance to catch up on laundry with their provided machine and detergent. The walk to the beach was quick, with the sunset and view and the opportunity to sit on the porch through the evening just what we needed. Fernando even helped with a package sent to us, making the necessary arrangements and eventually shipping it to us in the States after it didn't arrive quickly enough for our departure. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay with a stunning view over the ocean. The house is compact, but will comfortably accommodate 4-6 people, has a well-equipped kitchen and is a 5-minute walk away from the beach. The sundowns from the porch are amazing and we would highly recommend this property to others.

The site is spectacular. And we loved the house. We were there this Easter, 7 adults and a girl, and we were doing very well. The house is completely renovated and does not lack detail. I had never been in such a complete rental house. It does not lack any kitchen utensils, you even have molds to make cakes. It has everything you need for a few days: oil, salt, coffee, cocoa, sugar, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags... There were bath towels for everyone and even a shelf with beach towels. There were umbrellas, a windbreak for the beach, games for the children.... And both Fernando and Luciana have been very attentive at all times.

We liked the house very much and would spend time there again. Really enjoyed our holiday at Fernando's place in Baleal. Comfortable, clean and cosy the cottage is in a great location & had pretty much everything that we needed for our stay. Fernando was very attentive and communication with him was super easy. We really enjoyed our stay at 28 House: The location is great (OMG - the sunsets!!), short walk to the beach, the bedrooms are beautifully arranged, the beds comfy, kitchen and dining area are super spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We stayed 2 weeks in June/July. House 28 is excellent place for a bigger family or group of friends. Completely renovated with all equipment working (rare in rentals) and without often present in other Baleal places musty smell. House also has exposure to the west side so great sun in the afternoon and protection from northern wind. Baleal island is a fantastic place - for surfers or for beach and sun. Couple of bars / tavernas for lunch or evening. All you need for laid back vacation.

A casa tem um excelente localização, de frente para as Berlengas, a baía de Peniche, e o melhor por do sol á face da terra! A casa é espaçosa, muito bem equipada, bem localizada e com todo o equipamento necessa´rio a uma espetacular estadia. Comunicação muito fácil e agradável com o Fernando e a Luciana. The house is wonderful! We thought it looked even better in person than the photos showed. The sun sets each night right outside the front windows of the house which was a complete surprise and an absolute highlight of our stay. The house is so close to the beach and Baleal Island is so charming. We had a great stay!

we had a wonderful time in Baleal - the accommodation with sea view is ideal for families and surfers. My son and his friend could walk to the beach in the morning with their surfboards in 5 minutes. In the evening we often sat in front of the house, had a barbecue and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. For shopping you have to leave the beautiful peninsula of Baleal, but if you don't want to cook there are very good restaurants within walking distance. We will come back with pleasure!

Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einzigartig, der Blick von der Terrasse vor dem Haus grandios! Die Schlafzimmer sind einfach, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt genug Schrankplatz ;) Die beiden Bäder - eines im Haus und eines im Hof sind modern und funktional.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl mit Geräten als auch mit Geschirr und was man sonst noch braucht.
Wir kommem gerne wieder!!

La casa è comoda e molto spaziosa. La posizione è davvero eccezionale: si trova sull'"isola" (ovvero, sul breve tratto peninsulare successivo alle spiagge di Baleal). Può ospitare comodamente una famiglia ma anche un gruppo di amici. La vista del tramonto dal piccolo patio davanti all'ingresso è davvero mozzafiato. La valutazione del soggiorno è davvero ottima, anche grazie alla gentile e generosa accoglienza riservataci da Fernando e Luciana.
