Luciana Apartment

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation in the best location if you want to enjoy the beach, surf, and spend some quiet time, enjoying the best sunsets. One thing I didn't read in any reviews is that there's a supermarket just a few meters away that's open every day and is very useful for buying bread and everything you need. The location is simply fantastic, halfway between Peniche and Baleal, so you can visit Baleal Island on foot and reach Peniche by car in no time. The area is very quiet, and there's only a little noise on the weekends from the nightclub next door, but they stop at 2:00. One thing we'd say could be improved: the bed is a bit hard, and improving this would make the stay a 10/10. Fernando and Luciana always made sure we were comfortable at all times and were in constant contact. We recommend them and will return with confidence.

Tinha desenvolvido alguma expectativa em relação as férias deste ano, por um lado a situação atípica que nos remeteu para um confinamento em casa, por outro a segurança e qualidade que poderíamos encontrar ao alugar um apartamento para nos instalarmos e atenuarmos esta fase menos agradavel nossas vidas. Porém, devo reconhecer que as expectativas foram em muito ultrapassadas, pela positiva. O local do apartamento pertissimo da praia que nos permitiu tantas idas e voltas a pé usufruindo da beleza natural das dunas e o que de melhor tem para nos oferecer, a qualidade do apartamento, onde nada, mas rigorosamente nada falta, dando o conforto segurança e tranquilidade a quem usufrui do espaço, foi outra mais valia, já para não falar da simpatiquissima e amável, Luciana que fez questão de nos visitar para nos cumprimentar e apoiar no que fosse necessário. Sentimo-nos em casa. As sugestões onde comer um bom peixe e carne, a sua disponibilidade foi uma marca indelével no atendimento personalizado a que fomos sujeitos. Até houve surpresa no agilizar de processos, quer no pagamento quer no acesso a casa. Foi perfeito.

commerces alimentaires, restaurants et distributeur-bancaire sont à, seulement, 5 minutes à pied!
Sa fantastique localisation face à l’Océan, facilite et incite les allers-retours à la plage & ses terrasses de café avec vue-sur-mer mais aussi à la pratique du surf et du skate.

Par ailleurs, il est équipé d’une rampe d’accès, permettant d’accueillir des personnes en fauteuil-roulant ou une poussette. Le parking est bien illuminé.

Son intérieur est confortable, pratique et très propre – pendant nos, trois semaines de, vacances l’hygiène de la location a été, irréprochablement, assurée à trois reprises.

Et pour finir, il faut mettre en avant la gentillesse et sympathie de Luciana Mendes qui nous accueille et reste disponible pendant tout notre séjour, avec un sourire et bienveillance absolue - Merci!

Great apartment to stay in and close to the beach. Stayed here with a friend for a surf trip, so the nearby surf shop is a plus and it's a 5 min walk to a local beach break. Communication was quick and they have flexible check in/out. Please be aware to not leave any items on the balcony as it's easy for someone to grab, Fernando does highlight this. A fantastic apartment close to everything you need. The beach is less than 5 minutes away which was super convenient as I was surfing early in the mornings.
The terrace had the sun all afternoon, we really enjoyed the sunsets from the terrace!
All of the appliances were super easy to use - there's even a dishwasher! A holiday luxury for us.
We used the laundrette next door once too.
Luciana and Fernando were really helpful and super accommodating, I would definitely recommend staying here - We will be back for more sunsets and surfs! X

Apartment located outside Peniche. It is around 7 min by walking thru dunes to the ocean. Luciana was very helpfull, we asked for additional heater for Kids and it was... in 10 min... Respect... Apartment is very good equiped with everything You need ... Next time we will be back for surfing.

Couldnt ask for a better host and a better experience! Fernando and his wife were always there for us if we needed something and made us feel not only welcome but made us feel right at home. We felt very comfortable during our stay and it was definitely one of the best Experiences we had so far for sure! I enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is clean and has all equipment that I could think of. The locations is also very good, only a short walk to the Baia and also not far from Baleal town. There's a super market and restaurants/bars nearby. There's plenty of parking. Communication with Luciana and Fernando was very good and the welcome was warm.

Perfect place to stay! Located just behind the dunes of the long sandy beach, supermarket and beach bars close by, short ride or run to the town. The apartment is very well maintained, and equipped with everything you might possibly need, very clean, nicely furnished, big enough for 4 persons, with the terrace facing the sunsets and the moonrise:)
