We loved the place! The location is incredible. The apartment is big, clean, very well furnished and the team does everything to assist before, during and after our stay! We’ll come back!

Simple accommodation in the most amazing location - the island is beautiful with pretty houses and gorgeous beaches. There’s a nice cafe for breakfast and two really good restaurants. Communication was very responsive and helpful.

Fernando’s place is a little gem. Fantastic location with on all sides of the house seaview. Unbeatable access to the beaches, beach bars and restaurants, less than a few minutes walk. We could park in front of the house. House itself has a very complete list of amenities, from a fully equipped kitchen, to a bbq, beach chairs, sunshades etc. Fernando was extremely accommodating regarding check in/ out times. So we as a family of 4 had plenty of space, good beds and gave this listing 11 out of 10 points. We will. Back soon.

Great accommodation for couples or small families looking for proximity to the beach. It's also ideal for surfers, as you can wash your wetsuit on the terrace. The furnishings are simple but very functional. Unfortunately, there's no washing machine, and parking can be a bit difficult during the day.

This is a great apartment in a really special place - Baleal Island is fabulous and the flat has views front and back over the ocean/beaches, with the sea air coming in all the time. Lots of good recommendations provided. For full transparency this is an unmodernised apartment so it’s a little basic but in a charming way. It also has absolutely everything you need (beach stuff etc) - but sadly no washing machine. Would definitely return and Fernando was very helpful.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The location is just amazing. The view is beautiful and it’s just a view minutes walk to the surfspots / beach. The apartment is very clean and more spacious than expected. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even some things for the beach (sunshade, wind protection). The communication with Balealrentals was great and easy. We definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is really well located if you want to go to the beach, take surf lessons and just relax in front of a beautiful scenery. In other words it’s 2 minutes from the beach. The apartment is clean and has everything that is beeing mentioned in the Ad, although very minimalistic. As for parking your car, the parking lot in front of the apartment costs 0,40€ per hour from 8-20hr, the parking in the small streets around is free but the peninsula is overrun with people during the weekends. So it’s not easy to find a parking spot on the peninsula. But in a whole we had a pleasant stay at Fernandos place.
