This is a 2 bedroom house with an amazing patio, overlooking the waves in Lagido. The open space area with the kitchen and living room, to the patio, makes it very easy to use the house, where all the meals can be done outside, with everyone facing the sea.
From the main bedroom, you also have an ocean view, so you can wake up in the morning and check the surf conditions.
The entrance is by the kitchen side, and on the bottom floor there's the kitchen, living and dining areas, all together in the same space. From the living area there's the connection to the terrace, and the view to the Lagido beach.
On the terrace there are tables and chairs for the meals overlooking the calm sea of Prainha and the waves of Lagido. From the terrace there are stairs that facilitate the access to the beach.
On the bottom floor there's also a WC.
On the second floor there's the two bedrooms. Main bedroom has a double bed, a desk, a balcony and view to the beach. The other bedroom has two single beds. Both have a wardrobe.
On this floor there's also a bathroom with a shower.
This is an independent house. All the amenities are at your disposal.
The entrance through the patio is shared with the other two houses.
On the island, parking can be difficult during the summer months, especially at the weekend.
This house has some parking spaces close, that are easier to find available outside of the busiest hours.
From June to September, the island parking lot is paid during the day. The remaining parking spaces are free.
Because this house is located close to the beach bars, some nights there can be some noise. This depends in part of the wind direction.
